What it runs
Runtime = 1,024 Wh x 0.85 (assumed efficiency) / the appliance's watts. Ranges run from the highest sourced running watts to the lowest. Fridges and freezers cycle on and off, so they use the average draw from ENERGY STAR data.

Solar recharge
At its full rated solar input of 1,000 W, the 1,024 Wh battery would take at least 1.0 h to fill from empty (1,024 Wh / 1,000 W). Real panels make less than their rating most of the day, so plan on longer.
The DELTA 3 Plus is EcoFlow's 1024 Wh station in the DELTA 3 line. Its inverter is rated for 1800 W of continuous AC output with a published surge of 3600 W, so it covers most single kitchen appliances and the starting kick of a fridge or a small pump. EcoFlow does not publish an inverter efficiency, so the runtimes on this page use our 0.85 default, which leaves about 870 Wh at the outlets from a full charge.
X-Boost is EcoFlow's mode for heating devices over the rated output. EcoFlow lists it at 2200 W. It works by lowering the voltage, so a heater or kettle runs but puts out less heat. It does not help a motor start, and our runtimes ignore it.
For solar, EcoFlow lists two 500 W inputs for 1000 W in total. The battery can be expanded with EcoFlow extra batteries, but EcoFlow's page gives a range rather than an exact Wh figure, so we leave the expanded size out. Use the calculator below with your own appliance's label watts for the closest estimate.
Runtime calculator
Runtime (hours) = battery Wh x inverter efficiency / load W
Efficiency is the share of battery energy that reaches the outlet. Where the maker does not publish it we use 0.85. Average W is for loads that cycle on and off, like a fridge; leave it blank to use running watts. Starting surge assumes one motor starts at a time. How the estimates work.
