Will the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus run a refrigerator?
Yes. The EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus can start and run a full-size fridge, and its 1024 Wh battery covers about 16 hours at the ENERGY STAR average draw for a full-size model.
Yes: about 16 h
On a refrigerator's average draw of 52 W. Formula: 1,024 Wh x 0.85 / load W.

| Average | 52 W | Median annual energy use of 2986 ENERGY STAR certified full-size (compact = No) residential refrigerators, 457 kWh a year, divided by 8760 hours (457 / 8.76 = 52 W) | [5] |
A fridge needs three things from a power station: enough rated output for the compressor while it runs, enough surge for the moment it starts, and enough stored energy to last.
The DELTA 3 Plus clears the first two with room to spare. Generator charts put a fridge at 700 to 725 W running and 2200 to 2900 W starting. EcoFlow rates the DELTA 3 Plus at 1800 W continuous and 3600 W surge, so even the highest starting figure fits.
Energy is the tighter limit. A fridge cycles on and off, so over a day it uses far less than its running watts. The median full-size ENERGY STAR fridge uses 457 kWh a year, an average of 52 W. At that draw the DELTA 3 Plus lasts about 16 hours from a full charge, using our 0.85 efficiency assumption. An older or larger fridge uses more and will run for less time.
To stretch it through a longer outage, keep the door shut, recharge from solar during the day, or add an EcoFlow extra battery. If you know your fridge's annual kWh from its EnergyGuide label, enter its average watts in the calculator.

Questions
Can the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus run a fridge for 24 hours?
Not on one charge at the median ENERGY STAR draw of 52 W, which gives about 16 hours. With solar recharging or an extra battery it can cover a full day.
Will the fridge's starting surge trip the DELTA 3 Plus?
The highest starting figure in our sources is 2900 W, under the 3600 W surge that EcoFlow publishes for the DELTA 3 Plus.
Runtime calculator
Runtime (hours) = battery Wh x inverter efficiency / load W
Efficiency is the share of battery energy that reaches the outlet. Where the maker does not publish it we use 0.85. Average W is for loads that cycle on and off, like a fridge; leave it blank to use running watts. Starting surge assumes one motor starts at a time. How the estimates work.
